For Macbook Pro models from Spring 2007-Fall 2008 with model # A1226 or A1260, parts & labor total is 
and takes 20 minutes. You can watch everything we do. We take an LCD out of a brand new AUO or LG carton for your machine, and we're experts at our craft.
What machines are covered by this service?
This service is for A1226 & A1260 models that look like the laptops below. It can look exactly like the machine above but be an A1150/A1211 machine, which is why it is important you check your model number prior to utilizing this service.
How does this work?
If you live in NYC, come to the workshop at 186 First Avenue in the east village of Manhattan to have your LCD screen replaced while you watch. Or, call to set up a house call to your home or office - typically, only weekends or late nights are available for house calls.Where do you get these parts from? Is this an Apple LCD?
It's a B154PW04, LP154WP2, or LTN154BT02 LCD. You can buy it from here by itself. Unlike the many imitator services that buy these parts off eBay from the middlemen, we buy direct from the manufacturer. If you're thinking of going with someone else, there's a good chance they're buying the part from us right after you checkout with them! We buy grade A+ LCDs in quantites of 200-1000 from Chi Mei & LG.

If the LCD itself malfunctions within 1 year, you'll get a new one installed for free.
