At Black Paw Photo, we love capturing people in a way that's more natural and unchoreographed than what you'd find in a studio environment. In a studio we're limited to lighting, backgrounds, and the subject. In the real world we may find ourselves in a park, near the ocean, in a concert hall, or anywhere interesting. We find that when people are photographed in surroungings they love, a comfort and relaxation comes over them and something real comes out in the images we produce. So if you're Surfer, we can meet you at Rockaway beach. If you and your children love climbing rocks in Central Park, we'll be at Umpire Rock. If your a Poet, we'll come to your open mic night at the Sidewalk Cafe. If you're in a rock band, we'll shoot your gig at the Mercury Lounge!
