Dental & Primary Health Care Services

Indiana Health Centers (IHC), began serving Indiana Communities in 1977 — providing primary health care services for the local community, area migrant workers and the homeless. IHC is a non profit health center organization, fully funded through a variety of private and public grants — most recently a $1.3 million designation as part the Federal Stimulus Bill. IHC hosts the second largest women, infants and children program in the state, and is widely known for serving the area’s migrant worker population. IHC has a strong focus on improving health care and quality of life for low income families, through recognizing and addressing local health and health-related issues. IHC see’s patients regardless insurance or ability to pay, charging fees on a sliding scale. IHC provides primary health care services including, dental care services, chronic disease management and other medical services for families and individuals in Indiana.
