Wax room for rent,$100.00 rent per week

We have wax room that is not being used in men’s salon . I would like to rent the room which is new and also has a wax table , THE COST WE WILL $100.00 RENT PER WEEK, the renter I believe can do very well in the shop which is busy and open six days a week . You can set your only price and days of work.The cost of waxing supply would be of the renter.
