for moving, demo removal, buying and delivery of materials, getting equipment to jobs sites, transporting, etc. we also handle full estate jobs, from the clean outs, small repairs and moving the wanted items to new locations. i have over 10 years in construction and do 150+ moves a year. i know the procedures for commercial dumps. and i understand the needs of a business and individuals too. jobs can be flat rate or hourly. for flat rate pricing: if information about locations or list of items changes or varies from what was agreed upon in the flat rate, we reserve the right to adjust price. many parts of eastern CT. are part of our servicing area.


basic hourly rates for cargo vans:(the westchester rates are for jobs that are 35 miles round trip from yonkers ny. longer mileage may be more.
westchester prices:(1 man+ van)(gas included)
$320/per day(8hours)
$160/per 4 hours
$80/minimum charge(up to 2 hours)
$20.00 per 30 min. after above rates
and$15/hr per extra man

manhattan/bk prices:
$200 minimum(2 hours) due to excessive traffic/travel time, parking situation, etc.
