I am a Brooklyn Immigration and General Practice Lawyer and I will prepare and file your Family Petition for a Green Card. I charge low fees for my services:
Preparation of your I-130 Petition for Alien Relative; Preparation of your Spouse's I-485 Adjustment to Permanent Residency Status; Preparation of the Biographic Information Sheets; Preparation of Affidavit(s) of Support; Submission of Package to USCIS; Preparation for Final Green Card Interview.
This fee does not include my appearance fee at the Interview. This fee does not include filing fees. Most of my clients go to the interview on their own unless I advise against it.
My rates compete with or are even less than document preparation services, plus, I DO EVERYTHING FOR YOU.
There are NO HIDDEN FEES, guaranteed.
Evening and Weekend appointments available.
