FEES: $25.00 Service Call Fee & 30 min waiting time + Notary Fees. There is a $10 waiting fee after the initial 30 minutes and a $10 additional every hour thereafter. (travel can be provided to certain areas only in Queens and Brooklyn for an additional surcharge.)
$15.00 additional for courier service to UPS/FEDEX/US Postal Office.
