Bluegrass Banjo Lessons

Learn Bluegrass and Melodic Banjo in the Greenwich Village NYC area. Theory, reading, scales and chord construction is included. I enjoy starting with beginners as they need carefully detailed instruction to create good learning techniques. I also teach music composition at New York University, LIU and at City College in NYC.

I have also played on numerous Bluegrass Banjo and Acoustic Folk Guitar soundtracks for Jim Henson, creator of the Muppets on Sesame Street programs and have published several articles on both Guitar and Banjo as well as music arrangements.
