Property Manager/ Owners Representative

Looking for an experienced Property Management Firm to handle all aspects of transactions with the NYC Municipal Agencies. Then Stop here:

JCG will act on behalf of the client, as agent, to obtain all records available by the governing municipal agencies for the
project. These agencies, included but not limited to are:

• NYC Department of Buildings
• NYC Department of Finance
• NYC Environmental Control Board
• NYC Fire Department
• NYC Housing Preservation and Development


As an agent, JCG will obtain approval of plans by the New York City Department of Buildings for and
project (Capital Improvement or Tenant Up-fit). Prepare the necessary paperwork required to submit Alteration Applications to the Department of Buildings for
approval. Assist the architect in the review of compliance with the requirements of the Department of Buildings for submission
to the city and any required agency. Meet with plan examiner to discuss project and obtain approval. Schedule construction
inspection(s) if necessary, with the Department of Buildings after conducting a walkthrough determining the substantial
completion of the project. Review, communicate and obtain the open items requiring further actions by various parties
involved in the project to successfully sign off the construction work.
