$200, Looking to rent an apartment or space for gentlemen parties

I am searching for a space or apartment to rent for $200.00 plus the owner or the provider of the space will also receive "fringe" benefits for the event.

These parties are gentleman parties that will have exotic dancers/slash strippers perform. Looking to start in January and the number of guests may be between 35 and 40 attendees mixed wih performers.

I am looking for space primarly in Manhatan, but will consider downtown Brooklyn (Park Slope area) Williamsburg, Dumbo Brooklyn or Long Island City Queens.
