$1,950, 1br, Awesome deal - sublease my place for 30+ days!

I'll be travelling for a bit beginning mid March and would like to find someone to sublease my place for anywhere from 30 - 45 days. Start/end dates are also (somewhat) flexible at this stage. You can start anywhere between March 1 and March 15 (inclusive). You can stay upto April 15th.

The apartment is a true 1 bedroom right by 34th and 1st ave. It's a walk-up, but only 2 flights up - besides, it's not like you'll need to move in a ton of your stuff since (as indicated in the title) the place will come FULLY furnished. Heck, I'll even be leaving some clean bed sheets and towels for you ;-) Utensils too!!

The bedroom is a really nice size and the entire apartment was gut renovated last summer when I moved in. Hardwood floors, freshly painted walls, redone bathroom with a tiny little kitchen as well. There is a full size fridge and futon in the living room, and a full size bed in the bedroom - with TV and AC! And then some other small furniture such as tables and lamps and whatnot.

What's outside - it's right on 1st Ave close to the Murray Hill area with some delis and restaurants below. The bus stop's practically right outside and the subway (6) is a 10 - 15 minute walk.

ALSO - the rent INCLUDES hi-speed cable internet AND utilities!! To move in, you'll have to pay the entire rent up front (depending on the exact length of stay) PLUS a $1500 deposit (which will of course be refunded upon my return when I check the apartment and everything's OK), AND a $75 cleaning fee (NON-refundable).
