$2,450, Six to seven month sublet

Hi there,
I'm looking to sublet my beautiful studio apartment in Battery Park while I leave the city for a job transfer. I want to sublet it for the remainder of the lease, which ends in September, though I would be willing to negotiate a six-month lease if that is better. It's a sunny studio located on the 24th floor of a luxury doorman building (laundry on the floor, valet services like wash and fold available, gorgeous roof-deck only one flight up). It has RIVER VIEWS so if you're tired of staring at another building, this will be your sanctuary. It has 11-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. I can see the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island from my bed - it's amazing. I would not ordinarily give this place up but I have to for my job.
