I'm looking to sublet my gorgeous studio apartment near Battery Park City for six months with the option to renew for one year if wanted (I will re-assign the lease to you so you may decide to renew at the end of the original lease period, which will be in six months). I am temporarily moving for a job opportunity, otherwise I would not give up my beautiful apartment. Windows are floor to ceiling and look out to the Hudson River. You can even see the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island and Governors Island - it's my favorite part of the apt. Also, located conveniently next to the 1, R, 4 and 5 (Rector and Bowling Green Stops) and one quick stop away from the 2 and 3 express trains at Chambers. Laundry facilities on the floor, beautiful roof deck (the prettiest roof deck I have ever seen), access to the gym. It's a luxury building with doormen, valet services and quality fixtures.
