My bodywork sessions combine the famously nurturing body-coursing effleurage of Esalen, the muscle untangling genius of Swedish massage, tension-taming uber-healing reflexology and in longer sessions Cranio-Sacral Therapy to leave you feeling radiant and resiliant again. Patient, careful deep tissue is also an option. Easy supported stretches restore ease and circulation to your back and hips. Esalen side work is a heavenly experience included in the 90 minute sessions. Sessions combine Esalen and whatever other techniques from my 20 years of study suit your needs. My penthouse studio is in a landmark building down the block from Carnegie Hall. My professional table is sturdy and my office stocked with fresh linen and the best herb-infused massage oils and creams, including fragrance free. Your complimentary steamy lemon wash at the end of the session leaves you petal fresh. Music completes our environs, from classic New Age to Classical, from Miles Davis' Jazz to rock's Bob Dylan.
