What is the cost? Here it is:

Drum Sander Only (Rough & Fine) = $.75 per Square Foot
400 Sq.Ft. Minimum charge.
Includes sandpaper used by the Sander
No free rental included

Additional $75 for the following areas: NYC, Hoboken, Jersey City.

With this minimum square footage it will include free rental of following machines:

All Sandpaper for Sander only (a $ 50 minimum value)
1-day free Sander rental (a $55 minimum value)
1-day free Edger rental (a $35 value)

2-day free Sander rental (a $110 minimum value)

Varnished/Polyurethaned floors only. Additional charge for:
Floors that are painted, have wax, silicone coatings,
have heal dents, deep scratches or marks that customer must have removed.
Floors which are other than strip flooring, such as Parquet style and floors with designs.
Damaged, crowned or cupped floors.

Edger Additional. Full Refinishing Services available.
