Do you drink alcohol? You may be eligible for a Paid research study

YOUR BRAIN ON ALCOHOL:::PAID RESEARCH STUDY. The purpose of this study is to investigate how your brain processes alcohol-related information. This study does not involve any treatment. Individuals who drink moderately or heavily are being recruited to participate in the study, which is comprised of two assessment visits. You can earn $100 after completing both visits.

We are currently recruiting: 30-35 year old males that drink heavily

During the first visit, participants will complete an initial assessment in our midtown office. Participants will answer questionnaires about their drinking and their overall health. About 1 or 2 weeks later, qualified participants will be asked to come to the fMRI Research Center at Columbia University Medical Center, located uptown at 168th St. There, they will complete five simple computerized tasks while scanning takes place. Each visit lasts about 1- 2 hours.
